Placing an Order
An account is not necessary to place your first order with us. Simply choose the item you wish to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will be stepped through the check out process for your
item. During the check out process, you will enter information necessary to create your account. After completing the ordering and check out process, an account will be established for you. The information given by you will be available in your account the next time you place an order with us.
At anytime after your order is complete, you can log into "Your Account" to track the status of your order.
To place an order, follow these simple steps:
1. Browse the store front until you find the item you wish to purchase. You may use the search option to locate your preference quickly.
2. Click on "Add to Cart" from the product that you would like to purchase.
3. You will proceed to a check out process.
4. Click the "Checkout" button once you have verified/recalculated the
item to purchase.
5. Choose the "New Customer Sign In" to create an account if you have never placed an order with us before.
6. Add a Shipping Address for your order, then click "Continue."
7. Choose Shipping Options for your items, then click "Continue."
8. Enter the Payment Method information, then click "Continue."
9. If you have a coupon or certificate, please ensure to click the appropriate link under Payment Methods to enter your coupon or certificate, then click "Continue."
10. Review your order on the Final Review Page. Please ensure that any discounts submitted are appearing correctly.
11. Click "Submit" to complete your order.
12. Print the Checkout Page for your records.

Payment Options
Charging Your Credit Card
india2india accepts all Visa, MasterCard and American Express
credit cards including cards issued by Indian and Foreign Banks.
There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases
with india2india.com. Please be sure to provide your
exact billing address and telephone number (as they appear on your
credit card statement). To avoid delay in processing your order or
failure to complete your order request
Upon authorization of your order, your credit card will be charged
in the name of "Country Oven Inc." for the total order amount. While
we make every attempt to fill all orders placed, some items may be
delayed or backordered. If this is the case, you will receive
notification via email.
If you do not wish to wait due to the delay or backorder, you may
cancel your order, provided the item has not shipped. If we do not
hear from you before we ship the item, we will assume you have
agreed to the shipment delay.
If we cannot deliver your item within 30 days of the order date,
delay notice or backorder notification (whichever is greater), a
cancellation will be processed automatically. You will receive a
prompt refund for any unshipped portion of your order. Please allow
up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your
credit card statement.

Shipping and Delivery:
To provide you with the highest level of
service, we may ship your items from multiple locations. We are
not charging any shipping charges additionally and delivery will
be FREE anywhere in India.
Your order will arrive based on the shipping timeframe quoted on
the site + delivery timeframe for each item. If multiple items are
ordered, they may be shipped from different locations, so items
may arrive at different times.
All shipping timeframes quoted below are in business days. All the
items will be delivered only between 9.00 A.M. and 6.00 P.M.
unless specified otherwise.
Delivery: Orders must be placed 72 hours before the
scheduled delivery. If order is received later than that, we may
accept the order, try to deliver it on schedule but can not assure
the delivery exactly as per schedule.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, a
second attempt will be made on the next day and will be delivered
to any person available at the address unless specified otherwise.
Once order was delivered at the address provided by you, our
responsibilities will cease.
